Tiny Little Quiche

I told you earlier, im a semi—low carber and here it is!
This recipe makes 12+ tiny quiche with only 151 calories and 2g of carbs. They‘re great refrigerated or frozen then warmed up! Fridge, I would save up to 5 days- freezer up to you. Pop them in the microwave for 15-25 seconds & enjoy just like you would tonight!

5 eggs
1 cup desired cheese
1 cup cottage cheese, blended
Real Bacon Bits salt, pepper & preferred seasonings to taste
Blend eggs in a large bowl
Blend cottage cheese on high in another bowl
Slowly blend in cottage cheese in eggs
Fold in desired cheese and seasonings
Pour in cupcake pan, top with bacon bits
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown
