Tiny Little Quiche

Keto low-carb tiny egg quiche! Topped with bacon --


husband said keep this in your mind so we can make them again!

so here I am writing about them ❤️

I told you earlier, im a semi—low carber and here it is!

This recipe makes 12+ tiny quiche with only 151 calories and 2g of carbs. They‘re great refrigerated or frozen then warmed up! Fridge, I would save up to 5 days- freezer up to you. Pop them in the microwave for 15-25 seconds & enjoy just like you would tonight!

I wanted an individual picture but hubs wouldn’t stay out of it 🤣🤤

5 eggs

1 cup desired cheese

1 cup cottage cheese, blended

Real Bacon Bits salt, pepper & preferred seasonings to taste

  • Blend eggs in a large bowl

  • Blend cottage cheese on high in another bowl

  • Slowly blend in cottage cheese in eggs

  • Fold in desired cheese and seasonings

  • Pour in cupcake pan, top with bacon bits

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown
